1. Service Agreement
Our services include residential relocation, office shifting, vehicle transportation, packing, unpacking, and storage. Once a booking is confirmed, we commit to delivering the agreed-upon services with care and professionalism. The client must provide accurate information regarding addresses, items to be moved, and service requirements to ensure smooth execution.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A partial advance payment may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining amount payable upon service completion. Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in service cancellation or delay.

3. Pricing and Estimates
All price quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including the type, volume, and distance of the move. Any additional items, changes in location, or services requested after booking may result in revised charges. Our prices are transparent and include packing, loading, transportation, and unloading as agreed.

4. Packing and Handling
We use high-quality packing materials and professional techniques to ensure your belongings are safe during transit. However, customers must inform our team about fragile or high-value items in advance. While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect information, poor handling by third parties, or unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or road accidents.

5. Transportation and Delivery
We strive to deliver your belongings safely and on time. Delivery schedules are based on factors such as distance, route conditions, and weather. Any unforeseen delays will be promptly communicated. Customers are required to be available at both pickup and delivery locations for verification and handover.

6. Storage Services
For customers opting for storage, items will be stored in secure, monitored facilities. Storage charges depend on the duration and volume of goods. While we ensure maximum security, Agarwal International Movers and Packers is not liable for damages caused by natural calamities, fire, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Insurance
Although we handle every item with care, customers are encouraged to obtain transit insurance for additional protection. Insurance coverage is provided by third-party agencies, and claims are subject to their terms and conditions. We will assist in the documentation process but are not directly responsible for claim settlements.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations made after that period may incur a service charge or forfeit the advance payment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to ensure that all items are ready for packing and that access to both locations is clear and safe for our staff. Valuables such as jewelry, cash, and personal documents should not be included in the shipment. Agarwal International Movers and Packers is not responsible for loss of such items.

10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the service fee paid, excluding cases covered by insurance. We are not liable for delays, indirect losses, or consequential damages beyond our control.

11. Policy Changes
Agarwal International Movers and Packers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be available on our website, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where our company is registered.
